These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WolfStamp, a subscription-based software platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About WolfStamp

WolfStamp is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurants and businesses to create and manage digital customer loyalty programs.

WolfStamp provides automated software tools only and does not offer human-driven, managed, or consulting services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use WolfStamp. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted through it.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

WolfStamp is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.

All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. WolfStamp does not process or store payment card or banking information.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt system integrity, or use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and platform functionality are the exclusive property of WolfStamp and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WolfStamp shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if unlawful activity is detected.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on the operator’s jurisdiction.
